Gloryland Organic Bakery ("we," "us") is a small home bakery in Lubbock, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through glorylandbakery.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you send an order request, we collect the details you enter: your name, your phone number or email address, the date you need your order, whether you want pickup or delivery, the items you choose, and any notes you add. Notes can include allergy information if you choose to share it.
We use your information only to respond to your request: to confirm availability, your total and a pickup or delivery time, to prepare your order, and to answer your questions. Allergy details are used only to prepare your order safely.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Order requests are saved in our website's secure admin area and sent to us by email. Our website host and our email provider store this information on our behalf and only to provide their services to us.
Our website uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choices. We also use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. This helps us improve the site; it does not tell us who you are.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Google's use of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Our site links to our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
We keep order requests only as long as we need them to fill your order and keep basic business records, generally no longer than two years, and then delete them.
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details on our homepage. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights, and we will honor them.
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
